Cheese… it’s always been my absolute favorite food. I crave it more than chocolate. It’s my guilty pleasure, my true comfort food. So, tonight I’m going to indulge a bit with this new recipe of bacon macaroni and cheese… with a side salad, of course for something green and added fiber. It’s from Cooking Light, so it has to be healthy, right? That’s at least what I’m going to tell myself as I strive to not eat the entire bowl.
